Internship Application Requirements

FORUM8 have an internship program for students.
We will hold the 2Days Online Internship which provide online work experience to applicants in addition to the conventional 2-week internship at the FORUM8 Tokyo Head Office and Osaka Branch Office. Either the development or the sales/administrative track is available
Please refer to the followings for details. We are looking forward to your application.

Subject

●Internship at System Sales department in August–September 2026 or in February 2027
Undergraduate students expected to graduate, or graduate students expected to complete their Masters or Ph. D. program in March 2028.

●Internship at Development department in August/September 2026
Mainly undergraduate students expected to graduate, or graduate students expected to complete their Masters or Ph. D. program in March 2028. Those expected to graduate in September or in 2029, and students of technical schools will also be accepted.

Although we accept students from many different departments, there is comparatively a large number of staffs that majored in engineering (information engineering, civil engineering, architecture, etc.) or Humanities course

* Internships for working adults and persons from overseas are accepted on an irregular basis. Please contact us for details.

Treatment

Unpaid. Membership hotel discount available (cover half the cost)

Selection Process

Please submit one page (A4 size) paper on a theme "What I want to learn through the internship".
Notification of selection results based on careful review of submitted resumes and papers will be sent to the applicants or the schools where they belong.

Theme of Internship

Training on advanced VR/Analysis solutions.
You will take part in a technical seminar on the cutting-edge VR, analysis, etc. and experience using our software yourself. You will be assigned to one of the following groups: Technical Support, VR (Virtual Reality) Development, VR Technical Support, Design Software Development, CAD Instructor, Sales / Sales administrative assistant.

Day 1 : Orientation (Company Information Session and showroom tour)

From Day 2 : Group assignment, job assignment, group-specific training (selectable)
