F8NFTS is a one-stop secure service that uses Web3 and blockchain technology to generate and manage digital file certifications (NFTs) for a wide range of digital assets. Based on international standards, it generates metadata and customizable smart contracts, and issues NFTs. Because it uses public blockchains such as Ethereum or Polygon, the generated NFTs are interoperable with other blockchain applications.

■F8NFTS Metadata Generator

It generates meta data file with important information about digital assets. This meta data is used to generate file NFTs on the selected blockchain. It complies with international standards, allowing other blockchain applications to use the F8NFTS metadata files as well.
It supports uploading files to IPFS, so users do not need to use an external IPFS service themselves. If users prefer to manage their own files, they can switch the feature accordingly.

■F8NFTS Smart Contract Generator

It generates smart contracts that can be customized according to requirement. This consists of 4 types of contracts from simple "Standard Smart Contract" without customize to "Ultimate Smart Contract" with customizable parameters. It is also possible to create "SBT Smart Contracts" that can be used for certificates and other non-transferable documents. Smart contracts enable the creation, management, transfer, and sale of digital asset NFTs.

■F8NFTS NFT Generator

This user-friendly feature streamlines the process of generating and issuing NFTs through smart contracts. It also provides a receipt containing detailed information about each NFT created.

F8NFTS provides 2 types of NFT Generators:

• Free Minting (NFT generation where FORUM8 covers the gas fees)
• Standard (NFT generation where users cover the gas fees)

This tool displays the parameters and settings of the F8NFTS smart contract, enabling users to manage it efficiently.

■F8NFTS NFT Vending Machine

This user-friendly feature enables simple NFT distribution. Users can configure smart contracts, distribute NFTs, and receive a receipt when a distribution or transaction is completed.

■F8NFTS Tool

Users can burn NFTs, download generated NFTs, and view their 3D data.

Users can verify ownership of their ID NFT by presenting their ticket QR code.
The ticket QR code reader verifies NFT ownership and displays the result on the reader’s screen.

On My Page, users can save and manage the URLs, wallet addresses, and contract addresses of their uploaded metadata, with options to edit, search, sort, and delete the information.

1. Alternative measures in the event of a critical failure
   

   Servers operate in data centers in Tokyo and Okinawa. If a failure occurs at either location, operations will be switched to the other.
   In that case, we update the DNS record and redirect the service URL to the backup server.

      Downtime is defined as a state in which the service becomes unavailable to customers due to a server error for a continuous period of 10 minutes or more.
      It is computed based on the server error ratio.
      Service stoppages due to maintenance are not regarded as downtime and are therefore excluded from the downtime calculation.
      These scheduled service stoppages shall be notified to customers at least 5 days prior to the stoppage.

   Using commercially available backup software for servers, user files are periodically archived to a NAS installed within the same network segment as the storage area where the files are kept.

    Currently, only access to the application is disabled upon service cancellation, and no automatic notification email is issued to confirm data deletion. However, if requested by the user, we will issue an email confirming that the data has been securely deleted.
