Subscription Service

As the license form of a number of software products have been switched over to the cloud or subscription, FORUM8 has started to provide the product licenses by subscription in April 2016. In the subscription service, hardware protects are not necessary and that produce the benefits below: Unified management of licenses No need for license updates and for maintenance of hardware keys No need for installation of protect drivers Following options are provided according to the user's utility forms and purposes. Floating License Web authentication allows you an access from any PC in the world. Though the web activation is also available with subscription WAN, the floating license is smartly priced because it needs no hardware keys. Subscription USB / NetPRO / WAN MultiPRO, NetPRO, and NetPRO WAN are available as similar hardware protects as ever if desired. This option reduces the frequency of the connection to Web authentication server and more comfortable in the offline environment. (64 bit is not supported. We appreciate your understanding.)

Rental Access

This is a new service that is authenticated only via Web. Application is free of charge and invoice will be sent to you based on your usage log. After one sign up for this option, you can increase the number of licenses you own and use these additional licenses for a specific period of time. Once you use Rental Access License in a month, then it will be counted as the usage for one month regardless of the number of times or dates of utilization. The month that you don't use the Rental Access License is not counted. Combination use with the floating license is also available. After the application, a message like the figure 1 will be displayed if you use more licenses than you currently own. You can use the additional license just by agreement to it. NetUPDATE / NetUPDATE WAN Ver.5.1.0

NetUPDATE is a program to update FORUM8's product to the latest version. As all UC-1 and UC-win products has become subscribed, license usage conditions including Web activation can be now checked by the latest version of this product. In addition, customers who contract the NetUPDATE subscription version can make sure the license status of each product on the user information page.
