FORUM8 received "Kurumin Certification" for the first time as a childcare support company.
Under this system, among companies that have formulated a general business owner action plans in accordance with the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children, those that have achieved the goals set forth in the plan and met certain standards are eligible to receive certification (Kurumin certification) from the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare as "a childcare support company".
The following activities of Forum8 based on the general business owner action plan based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2022 were highly evaluated and resulted in the acquisition of the certification this time.
Goal: Raise the childcare leave acquisition rate beyond the following standard within the plan period
Male... One or more employees acquire childcare leave.
Female... 80% or more employees acquire childcare leave.
Countermeasure
- Training for managerial workers in order to inform that male workers can have childcare leave
- Seminar about returning to work is held once a year for employees taking a childcare leave
- Inform all employees about the "Support Plan for Returning to Work after Childcare Leave", support systems for balancing work and childcare, childcare leave benefits, and exemption from social insurance premiums during leave, etc.
In addition to the above, in 2017, we also certified as the "Grade 2 Eruboshi" company based on Article 9 of the Act of Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace, and we will continue to create an environment where all employees can work even more comfortably and fully demonstrate their abilities.
