FORUM8 was certified by the Minister for Health, Labour and Welfare as the "Grade 3 Eruboshi" company based on the Act of Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace

FORUM8 has implemented the next goals and measures as the general business owner action plan based on the Act of Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace. FORUM8 was certified as a "Grade 3 Eruboshi" company according to the Article 9 in this law on January 9th, 2024.

This certification is given to enterprises satisfying certain the standards by the Minister for Health, Labour and Welfare. The following five evaluation items are established: (1) recruitment, (2) continuous employment, (3) work style such as working hours, (4) ratio of managerial persons, (5) various career courses. We received the "Grade 2 Eruboshi" satisfying the four items above in 2017, and this time, we satisfied the all items and acquired the "Grade 3 Eruboshi".

FORUM8 aims to enable all employees to fulfill their potentials. We continue to arrange a more comfortable environment for work staff, and through developing advanced software and offering technical services, we will contribute to the creation of secure and safe society.

[FORUM8's general business owner action plans based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children]

1. Plan period

Two years from April 1st, 2022 to March 31st, 2024.

2. Content

Goal 1: Raise the childcare leave acquisition rate beyond the following standard within the plan period.

Male... At least one employee acquires the childcare leave.
Female... More than 80% employees acquire the childcare leave.

Countermeasure
-Training for managerial workers in order to inform that male workers can have childcare leave
-Seminar about returning to work is held once a year for employees taking a childcare leave
-Inform all employees about the "Support plan for childcare leave return", work-life balance support system, childcare leave benefits, exemption from social insurance premiums during childcare leave, etc.

Goal 2: Make a comfortable workplace for employees who have children under the elementary school by short-time work system and remote working system available if desired.

Countermeasure
- The system is already implemented, and we will encourage employees to use it more.

Goal 3: Increase the annual paid leave acquisition rate to 80% or higher.

Countermeasure
- Every October, post the paid leave acquisition schedule and compile the acquisition status. - Every July, encourage employees to take paid leave through company newsletters, etc.

Goal 4: Raise the average service years of women to seven years or more within the plan period

Countermeasure
- A limited-time employee system and childcare support regulations have already been introduced, and we will encourage employees to use it more.
- Inform all employees about the childcare and caregiver leave policies.
- Review transfer/relocation requests each December
