FORUM8 Co., Ltd. has been certified as "2026 Certified Health & Productivity Management Organization (large enterprise category)", which is selected by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and Nippon Kenko Kaigi.

This certificate is given to companies that are conducting the very healthy management and strategically working on the health control of employees from the view of management. FORUM8 was certified in the large enterprise section 6 years in a row since 2021.

FORUM8 supports a culture of sports, including motorsport. Through cooperation and activities for WRC FORUM8 Rally Japan and other sports events, we promote a culture of sports and enhance employees’ health awareness.

Health Management Efforts

We are publishing our "Health Management Policy" and has implemented the Pelvis Work Stretch to prevent accidents at workplace and the reduction of the employees' productivity, and Health & Sports Leave to promote communications among the employees.

Through these initiatives, we also strive to create a workplace environment where diverse talent can continue working with confidence while fully demonstrating their strengths.
