FORUM8 is awarded the
"2018 CRM Best Practice Award Continuation Award"

FORUM8 Co., Ltd. has been awarded the "2018 CRM Best Practice Award" by the CRM Association Japan in October 2018. This award is distributed to only those who incorporate the most appropriate CRM-oriented practices to set model examples in Japan to reach the goal of "customer-centric relationship management".

This year, in addition to our continuous activities from 2015 award, the "personnel system linked CRM model" that we worked on the establishment and enhancement of CRM production system by introducing the Enterprise Risk Management in the personnel and general affairs department has been highly evaluated.

Our award winning history started in 2014 with "CRM encouragement award" that CRM by UC-1 development support was highly evaluated. Subsequently we have been awarded the CRM Best Practice Award every year with the following contents.
2015: "A Fusion Model Bridging between Advanced Technologies and Customer Needs". The continuous effort and the sophisticated services for CRM were highly evaluated.
2016: "Service system transition model such as subscription". New subscription service, enhanced product demonstration activity, and improved instruction guidance.
2017: "Enhanced model of dialogue between developers and industry stakeholders". The development department has enhanced dialogue with users by the attendance of developers at user conferences and introduction seminars of civil engineering CAD.

FORUM8 have been awarded about the support service in 2015, sales activities in 2016, and developments in 2017. This year, FORUM8 worked on the establishment and enhancement of CRM production system by introducing Enterprise Risk Management system in the personnel and general affairs group. FORUM8 is giving a consideration to each employee's work-life balance by understanding their health data, work burden, and skills. We are also aiming at creating a system to assign proper personnel rapidly according to demands from each customer.
