International Road Federation (IRF) is an international organization promoting the development of roads that are systematic and environmentally friendly. The first Asia congress cosponsored by the International Road Federation and the Department of Public Works of Indonesia has been held for 3 days from November 17 (Mon) - 19 (Wed) 2014 in Bali Nusa Dua convention center of Bali, Indonesia. In this congress, having "Construction of Asian highway network" as the theme, not only government and administration officials of the Asian countries, a number of academics and officials of public roads and road traffics have participated and a lively discussion has been conducted. FORUM8, by having the utilization of UC-win/Road and VR-Cloud® to traffic safety education as the theme, it has presented papers and exhibited at the exhibition booth, which many people have showed interest to it.
